ProfitTriage AI provides automated business-profit diagnostics and related software features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and activity under your account.

3. Your inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights to use the information you enter. ProfitTriage outputs depend on those inputs and on the assumptions described in the product.

4. Modeled outputs, not guarantees

Profit, capacity, pricing, break-even and client-risk outputs are mathematical scenarios and decision-support information. They are not guarantees of future results, market prices, customer behavior or business performance.

5. Not professional advice

ProfitTriage is not accounting, tax, legal, investment or regulated financial advice. You remain responsible for business decisions and for obtaining qualified professional advice where appropriate.

6. Pro subscription

ProfitTriage Pro is a recurring subscription. The current standard price is displayed before checkout. Payment and billing management are provided through Stripe. The separate Subscription & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape or overload the service, reverse-engineer protected portions where prohibited, or use the service for unlawful activity.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, but we aim to operate the service reliably.

9. Intellectual property

ProfitTriage software, brand, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to your own business data.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProfitTriage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from business decisions based on modeled outputs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk or legal necessity.
