Is ProfitTriage AI free?
Yes. The Free Profit Scan can be used without a paid subscription. ProfitTriage Pro is a recurring subscription priced at $29 per month, unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout.
Do I need an account for the Free Profit Scan?
No. An account is required for Pro access and for saving Monthly Profit Tracking history.
How does ProfitTriage calculate profit per hour?
ProfitTriage models service profit after direct costs, client acquisition costs and an allocated share of monthly business costs, then divides that modeled profit by work hours plus admin/client hours entered for the service.
How does ProfitTriage calculate profit per client?
Profit per Client is calculated at the service/offer level by dividing modeled Actual Service Profit by the number of clients entered for that service. It is not an individual named-client ledger unless individual-client inputs are supplied.
Can ProfitTriage predict whether a client will leave after a price increase?
No. The Price & Client Risk Simulator models mathematical trade-offs under different retained-client scenarios. It does not predict how a specific client will behave.
What is the break-even price?
The modeled break-even price is the price level at which the service covers the direct, acquisition and allocated business costs included in the calculation. It is an internal economic threshold, not an external market-price benchmark.
Does ProfitTriage store my business numbers?
The Free Scan is calculated in the browser. Monthly snapshots are stored only when a signed-in Pro user explicitly saves them. Those records are protected by Supabase row-level security so users can access only their own tracking rows.
Does ProfitTriage store my card number?
ProfitTriage does not store card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe. ProfitTriage stores only the Stripe customer/subscription references and status needed to provide subscription access.
Can I cancel ProfitTriage Pro?
Yes. Signed-in Pro users can use Manage Subscription to access Stripe's billing portal, where available, and cancel future renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.
Is ProfitTriage financial advice?
No. ProfitTriage provides mathematical business diagnostics based on the data entered. It is not accounting, tax, legal, investment or regulated financial advice.
